AI scoring with image context

Claude scores lead quality using website signals, product photography, social presence, and opportunity. Admin image analysis adds variety, consistency, opportunity, pitch angle, and image signal fields.

Short personalized outreach drafts

The outreach workflow checks website availability, verifies email, and stores Claude-written drafts. The documented copy rules use compliment-first personalization, no pricing, a reply-inviting CTA, and an 80-word maximum.

Review dashboard and bulk actions

Draft cards support approve, reject, edit, keyboard shortcuts, and bulk review. A status funnel tracks draft, queued, sent, and replied stages so outreach does not disappear into a black box.

CSV export and Instantly push

DSGVO-safe enrichment intentionally limits personal data. It keeps generic business addresses such as info@ or kontakt@ and avoids names, roles, and direct personal emails.

Do I need an Instantly.ai account?

Instantly.ai is the documented sending and sync path for approved outreach. LeadFlow can still export CSV files, but live sending depends on your own configured outreach account.
