LeadFlow

Find, enrich, score, and review outreach-ready leads from one dashboard.

LeadFlow is the AI lead generation and outreach module inside ConnectEngine OS. It discovers business leads from documented sources such as Google Maps, e-commerce stores, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Facebook Pages, then normalizes and deduplicates them before enrichment and scoring.

The workflow is designed for reviewed automation. Hunter.io verifies or discovers emails, Claude scores lead quality and drafts short personalized outreach, image analysis highlights product-photo opportunities, and the outreach dashboard lets you approve, reject, edit, export, or push drafts to Instantly.ai.

Quick start

  1. Sign up for ConnectEngine OS and open LeadFlow from the dashboard.
  2. Configure the search panel or settings with a source, country, language, and keyword for your target market.
  3. Run the full pipeline to discover leads, enrich emails, score opportunities, and generate outreach drafts.
  4. Use the completion banner, stats, usage bars, funnel, and recent leads to confirm the run finished successfully.
  5. Open the leads table to filter by source, country, keyword, list, score, or image quality signals.
  6. Review outreach drafts as cards, edit subject or body when needed, then approve or reject one by one or in bulk.
  7. Export CSV files or approve drafts for Instantly.ai when your sending account and schedule are ready.

Core features

Discovery pipeline

LeadFlow discovers leads through Apify-powered actors for e-commerce, local business, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Maps, and Facebook Pages. The current documented pipeline supports a search-first dashboard and records every run in discovery history.

Email enrichment

Hunter.io domain search verifies and discovers business email addresses. The documented modes are DSGVO-safe, which keeps generic addresses such as info@ or kontakt@ and avoids personal data, and full enrichment, which can include names, roles, and direct emails when consent applies.

AI scoring and image quality analysis

Claude scores leads by website quality, product photography, social presence, and opportunity. Image quality analysis adds variety, consistency, opportunity, pitch angle, and image signal fields so teams can identify businesses that may need better product photography.

Outreach drafts

The outreach workflow checks whether the website is alive, verifies email, generates a Claude-written cold email, stores the draft, and queues the lead. The documented copy rules use a compliment-first approach, a maximum of 80 words, no pricing, and a reply-inviting call to action.

Review dashboard

The outreach dashboard is built for fast review. Draft cards show email previews, support approve, reject, and edit actions, include keyboard shortcuts, and provide bulk approval or rejection. A status funnel tracks draft, queued, sent, and replied stages.

Lists, filters, and history

Lead lists let users group leads, assign or remove selected rows, and switch through list tabs. The leads table has filter chips for source, country, and keyword, checkboxes, bulk actions, image quality badges, and a filtered-empty state. History tracks every discovery run.

AutoPilot, notifications, and Instantly

AutoPilot can run scheduled discovery with rotating keyword groups and daily cron support. Telegram notifications cover replies, daily summaries, and workflow errors. Approved outreach can be exported as CSV or pushed to Instantly.ai, with polling-based status sync for sent and replied states.

Common pitfalls

  • DSGVO-safe enrichment intentionally limits personal data. Use full enrichment only where consent and your process allow it.
  • Outreach should be reviewed before sending. The workflow stores drafts first instead of blasting emails blindly.
  • Instantly.ai webhooks require a higher Instantly plan in the documented setup; polling sync is the working fallback.
  • Warm sending accounts before cold outreach. The source notes weekday schedules and gradual daily limits.
  • Multi-source expansion is documented as future work, so do not assume every Apify actor is fully integrated.
