Terms of Service

ConnectEngine OS is a multi-tenant SaaS platform operated by ConnectEngine LLC. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ConnectEngine OS. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to: • Use the platform for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable law • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or deceptive messages via our outreach tools • Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to circumvent security • Scrape or reverse-engineer the platform beyond its intended API • Exceed usage limits or circumvent billing controls • Use AI-generated content in ways that violate third-party AI provider terms • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity • Interfere with other users' access to the platform

You retain ownership of all data you create within ConnectEngine OS, including leads, content ideas, outreach emails, and monitoring configurations. You grant ConnectEngine LLC a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service. AI-generated content (outreach emails, content rewrites, images) may not be copyrightable. You use AI-generated outputs at your own risk.

ConnectEngine OS integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Anthropic, Apify, Hunter.io, Instantly.ai, AIML API, Hetzner, and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data handling by these providers beyond our API agreements.

ConnectEngine OS uses a subscription model with monthly billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Early access pricing locks in for the duration of your initial subscription.

ConnectEngine LLC owns all rights to the platform, its software, branding, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime.

ConnectEngine OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify ConnectEngine LLC against claims arising from your use of the service, including violations of these terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

We encourage resolving disputes through good-faith negotiation (30-day period). If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under AAA rules, conducted in English, with the seat in Wyoming, USA.
